Shipping
We only charge postage and packing for your most expensive item in a shipment; all other items delivered together are shipped free! No duty to most countries! (see bottom of page)
To keep your cost as low as possible we use bands based on item price. Please NB shipping and packing charge bands are based on the £ price of your most expensive item.

Prints are shipped in either strong cardboard tubes, or flat-packed between several sheets of cardboard. If you have a particular preference for either of these packing methods, please let us know when you order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please remember that both types may not fit into your normal letter box.
Normal shipping methods are as follows:
UK - First Class mail
Europe - Airmail
Rest of World - Airmail or Courier (please contact us for courier pricing)
If you want express delivery, or delivery by another method, please contact us for pricing when ordering.
We hold stock of all items, so will normally be able to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt or your order. Normal deliveries should arrive within ten days of ordering, if no cheque clearance is required. Most deliveries will arrive sooner.
GIFT SERVICE:
We can send the recipient of your gift an unpriced receipt with a message from you. Please contact us.
REFUNDS:
If for any reason you are not happy with your print, we will refund the purchase price in full upon return of the undamaged print. You must contact us first, within 2 weeks of our date of despatch. Postage and packing cannot be refunded, unless the item was delivered damaged. Please, if possible, do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa credit cards, and Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron & Solo debit cards. We can accept cheque payment only with British Pound cheques drawn on a UK Bank Account.
SECURITY:
Online card payments are processed through PROTX, the UK's largest payment system. Although you do not appear to leave our site, all your credit card details are completely unavailable to us, and only pass through the Protx server. Depending on your security settings, your computer may send you messages saying that you are entering a secure connection etc in the course of completing your payment. We only see the address and e-mail details you leave on the registration page.
European Union VAT (SALES TAX):
Please note that for deliveries to the countries of the European Union we are obliged to charge UK VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5%, UNLESS the paying customer has a valid VAT number in an EU country other than the UK. Our prices in British Pounds or Euros already include this.
If you think you should not have to pay this, please contact us. Our US Dollar prices include no tax, but if we deliver a US Dollar-priced order to an address in the European Union we will have to add this.
For deliveries outside the European Union, no VAT/Sales Tax is charged by us, but please note that it is your responsibility to pay and settle any local customs duty or GST/VAT (General Sales Tax or Value added Tax - the name in your country may vary) that may be payable on imports to your country or state. However we would be interested to hear from you if you have been charged such duty or tax. Our prints are produced in and shipped from the United Kingdom (Great Britain).
DUTY
Our prints come under heading 4911.91 of the standard international Tariff Classification, the World Customs Organization's (WCO) Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS). Some information on individual countries is given below. It is correct to the best of our belief, but we cannot not take any responsibility for its correctness or completeness:
